Green lentil burgers with ajvar – tasty and filling

Green lentils with ajvarThese burgers are quite compact and very filling. Ajvar gives them a lovely paprika flavour. Serve them with a fresh green salad with some bite in it, like coleslaw salad.
The burgers can be deep frozen and reheated in the microwave.
6 portions, or 12 burgers. Cooking time: 60 minutes, or quicker with precooked lentils.

Mixed bean burger in the oven

Mixed bean burger baking in the ovenVeggie burgers baked in the oven saves time. It also saves on using extra oil for frying and they come out nice and crispy.
Any leftovers? Put them in your lunch box for the next day or serve them with roasted vegetables for dinner tomorrow. They can also be frozen and used at a later date.
