If you love porridge this one can be eaten every day. It’s quick to make and keeps your belly in shape with extra fibre. You can get countless variations in flavour by using different jams, fruit puree or berries as a topping.
- 100 ml / 3 1/2 oz oats with extra fibre (or 85 ml instant oats and 1 tbsp wheat germ)
- 2.5 tbsp mixed seeds, or use The perfect antioxidant-keep-your-tummy-fine mix
- 100 ml / 3 1/2 oz water
- 1 pinch salt
- Mix everything in a bowl and microwave at full effect for 2 minutes.
- Mix everything in a pot and boil for 2 minutes.
- Serve with jam, fruit puree or fresh berries and a little milk on top.
