This cream is stupefyingly tasty and stupefyingly easy to make. It is great with burgers but also to spread on sandwiches!
- 1 packet / 200 g / 7 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (the light cheese with 12% fat also works)
- 1 tbsp finely grated horseradish
- Mix 1 packet of Philadelphia cream cheese and 1 tbsp finely grated horseradish. Done! Simple, huh?
