If you love avocado, you will love this smoothie. It’s as creamy and nice a smoothie could be.
- 1 avocado
- 250 ml / 1 cup milk (vegans use almond milk)
- Juice from 0.5 lime
- 5 leaves from basil
- Add everything to a mixing bowl and mix with a handheld mixer or blender. Enjoy.
- Take a few moments to be mindful when you drink. While you drink observe the sounds you hear. How does it sound when you drink? When you put down the glas? Are there other sounds in the room or outside? Try to maintain presence and observing the sounds while you drink.
