Using a mixer instead of a juicer will include the fibers too. This recipe makes two portions. If no one else is brave enough to try it will keep in the fridge for a day.

  • Fresh mint
  • Honey
  • Water

Cooking instructionsHow to

  • Peel the ginger and slice it in thin slices.
  • Put the ginger and mint leaves in water and bring to a boil. Draw it from the heat and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
  • Bring to a boil and pour it into a cup. Sweeten with a tsp honey. Drink and enjoy. Get well soon!
