  • 230 g / 8 oz black beans
  • 140 g / 5 oz sweet corn
  • 1 pepper
  • 0.5 yellow onion
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful / 35 g green leaves or baby spinach

Cooking instructionsHow to

  1. Rinse 1 can of black beans and 1 can of sweet corn. Chop 0,5 onion1 pepper and 1 handful of green leaves. Cut 20 cherry tomatoes in pieces and mix everything in a bowl. Press the juice from 0.5 lemon over the salad and drizzle over 2 tsp olive oil. Ready to eat.
